How Do I Enroll?
A. For those individuals who wish to enroll, you would complete an application (any age may apply).
B. Submit your one lifetime fee enrollment fee of $359.00 for one or $639.00 for two with your application.
C. Your representative will give you an ID card with all the information needed to place a call.
